At The New Inn we pride ourselves on using the best produce this beautiful area has to offer. We work closely with local farmers, Ryan & Lisa Holmes who provide us with all of our beef, lamb and pork. Their farm is situated 11 miles from the pub in The Lyth Valley. Most of our butchery is carried out in-house by our experienced chefs, allowing us to maintain complete control over sourcing and quality to bring British pub favourites with contemporary and international influences.
